We showed up here on a Friday night around 8:30 and while the patio was completely packed, inside was moderately busy and the bar was totally empty so we sat at the bar. I ordered a voodoo Ranger and she ordered a Modelo. We ordered the shrimp ceviche, the empanadas and the steak fajitas. The ceviche was fresh and pretty amazing. The empanadas were also very good and were a large portion. I’m not a big fajita person but my other half is and she ordered the steak and they were by far the star of the meal for me. I don’t know what cut of meat they used or if it’s the way they tenderize it, but the steak was absolutely amazing. Not at all what I would’ve expected for fajitas. I was going to order the Carne Asada and was upset that I did not after having the steak from the fajitas. I will definitely be ordering it next time though. I had another voodoo Ranger and she had a glass of white Zinfandel. The bill came out to $104. We will definitely be going back to this place.

Wife and Sister-in law and partner, had an amazing time. Drinks a little expensive but good. Food great. Had (Steak)Carne a la mexicana and Carne asada. We scarfed it down, i said well done but juicie and that's what i got. had a good time in patio area.

Was craving some authentic Mexican food, found this place online. Did not disappoint one bit. I got the enchilada and the verde sauce is amazing. Service was fast and on point. I’d definitely come back.

This is out favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff is amazing, friendly and make the experience fantastic. Lunch is awesome.

We enjoyed our dinner here. Very cute place, decorated for Halloween tastefully. Food was excellent! Loved the veg fajita, giant shredded beef enchilada, burrito bowl and mole. Happy hour is generous. Tables for 4 are a little snug but manageable.

When you asked for a churrasco and it was served the way you ask for. They deserve a 10 in rating, what a food plus the upa was so cold that you really enjoy it voodoo ranger way to go here

Mole Cantina Mexican I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The tacos were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The margaritas were just as impressive, refreshing and well-balanced. The ambience was lively yet welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for both a fun night out and a relaxed family dinner. I also appreciated how family-friendly the space was, making it enjoyable for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic flavors, great drinks, and a warm, uplifting environment. It’s definitely a place I look forward to returning to.

My girlfriend and I went to Mole on Taco Tuesday and we had Megan as our server. She was amazing, she catered to our needs and ensured we were happy! We love Mole!

Esmeralda gave us the BEST recommendations & service. Hendricks on the guac was 10/10. Love it here will definitely be back soon. We had the guac, fundito, burrito steak bowl & spicy watermelon jalapeño margs on happy hour! (Also the patio was great for our dog. Live dj was the cherry on top

We loved Mole! It has a nice happy hour before 7pm. We went on a Friday evening, we tried the guacamole, carne asadas tacos, carnitas, and FLAUTAS DORADAS. The guac was amazing, the food came out super fast and was delicious! We decided to do a dessert - Cocnut Tres Leches and that was delicious! I think we've added a new favorite to the restaurant rotation! Great service and a fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

I love happy hour at Mole. Their food is great too. Better than other Mexican restaurants in the area.

I use to work here and I came back to have some of their food to see if quality was still good. I’m happy to say that quality has actually IMPROVED and the food was absolutely amazing. The tacos were delish and Tomas the manager was very friendly and polite. Our server was good too. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I’m definitely coming back to dine again!

After a very long flight from Boston with delays and thunderstorms, we found this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere was so festive and bright and inviting. The restaurant has great energy. We ate on the patio and our waitress was Meaghan.. She was just spectacular. She was so knowledgeable about the food, enthusiastic about our conversation and wonderfully attentive. The food was the best Mexican food that either of us had ever had. Our day was completely turned around by finding your restaurant for dinner. It's become our go to Mexican spot in Wellington. Food is consistent. Atmosphere good. Took family and friend last night to celebrate a 21st birthday. Food was very good, service was great. Some nights there's live music. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. We never ate a bad meal here since it's opened years ago. There seems to be a lot of pride in the staff and owner to bring a great atmosphere and good Mexican food to Wellington. The pico is really delicious just wish they gave bigger size of it with burritos.

Dinner was great. Who doesn’t love Mexican cuisine?!? Our server was named Barbie and we remembered her from last year. She makes the most incredible guacamole and she is so friendly and kind.

I don't understand these reviews, this place is great all the way around.

Best guacamole, ever and best chili Relos

I've been going to Mole since moving to Wellington 3 years ago and it remains one of my go-to stops after a long day. The server team is very friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, it's reasonably priced, and the bar is a great place to socialize with friends. I've been living in New York for 38 years and Mole reminds me of some of my favorite downtown haunts. Plus, there are lots of options for those of us on a plant-based diet and the servers are willing to accommodate when I ask to exclude cheese and sour cream. For anyone enjoying a spirit-free year, Mole has an alcohol-free beer. I really like this place and plan to return many times!

This is my 3rd Uber Eats order from Mole Cantina. ABSOLUTELY the best, freshest and tastiest Guacamole EVER!! Chilis rellenos Fantastic! Enchiladas ...OK everything Inhave ever ordered has been fresh and tasty. Highly recommend the food!!

Went the other day to try this restaurant out because I’ve heard really good things about it and I wasn’t disappointed. I had lots of fun listening to the mariachis. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos with rice and refried beans. I’m half Mexican so I’m really picky with my Mexican food. But I have to admit that this food was really amazing. I usually don’t care for the beans, but I couldn’t stop eating them.

Thomas is so accommodating and has given the best service ! I moved my table 3x and I felt so comfortable. Alex the bartender always makes the best drinks and is so sweet ! I love it here

Inside and outside dining.This is a very quaint little restaurant.I would highly recommend it.The food was amazing.The service was great.I will definitely be going back.Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures of this event but the next time I go I promise I will share.I highly recommend and I think you should go as soon as you can.
