Our Story
Móle Cantina Mexicana was born from a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine and warm hospitality. In 1991, founders Lupe and Nick opened their first Móle in New York City, growing to three beloved locations before bringing their signature flavors to Wellington, Florida.
At the heart of every dish is our handmade Móle sauce, crafted in Mexico by Doña Emelia and imported exclusively for our kitchen. From there, our chefs blend tradition with creativity—serving fresh guacamole made tableside, classic Tex-Mex favorites, and handcrafted cocktails that celebrate the spirit of Mexico.
